The Letting Go Process...
A powerful way to release negative emotion, based on a culmination of the best emotional healing techniques ever known.

But in actuality, there are parts of you who don't want to let it go. The mind is very tricky about concealing, denying and protecting your feelings so that you stay trapped in them, so that you stay limited.

How did I come up with the Letting Go Process?
A few years ago I started reading and studying A Course in Miracles, which is a book written by Jesus through the scribe Helen Schucman. In this amazing book, Jesus describes miracles not as being the ability to walk on water, or move mountains, or turn water to wine, he defines a miracle as a shift in perception. A miracle is the release from illusion and the return to sanity. Miracles are not about the world, they are about our mind.
Jesus says in this book to give any suffering to him, to let it go, and he (the Holy Spirit) will turn it into a miracle for you.
He is not asking us to work it out, to analyse it, to pick all our feelings to pieces, to understand where it originated in our childhood... He is simply requesting that we be willing to let it go, and through that letting go we are allowing space for a change in perception, a shift, an upgrade in thinking, a return to loving sanity... And this, he calls, a miracle.
And it truly is a miracle to not be seeing through the eyes of our 'stuff' - through fear, jealousy, pride, or guilt - to instead be seeing through our true nature, through love. When we release our negative emotion and return to loving thoughts, it completely changes how we behave, how we respond, how we communicate, what we decide... sometimes creating miraculous results!
About the same time as I started reading A Course in Miracles, I also discovered Dr. David Hawkins, who has numerous books on spirituality and has contributed greatly to the raising of human consciousness.
In his book Letting Go, Dr. Hawkins talks in great length about all the different levels of emotion, and about letting them go. He describes going away to a cabin for days at a time and just letting go of particular emotions, taking as long as is needed to completely release everything about them - with very miraculous results. Through his understanding of letting go he has healed numerous physical ailments, including completely healing his eyesight, and has helped many others to do the same.
I was very inspired by his work, and by this book, but was a little bit frustrated that it didn't describe in enough detail HOW to let go.
So I went about discovering how to do it myself, and it was through this discovery and co-creation and determination that I designed The Letting Go Process - it's a marriage between some of Dr. Hawkins ideas and what I have learned through A Course in Miracles, all put together with my own twist.
I have been working on releasing 'my stuff' for over 2 decades now…
When I say 'stuff', I mean the emotional baggage stored in my energy body that causes me to unconsciously react to, and become upset by, certain situations.
I learned from a young age, by going to spiritual development groups, reading everything I could on the subject of healing, and being genuinely dedicated to my own practice, that releasing my 'stuff' was what I'm here to do (as our 'stuff' literally clouds our ability to experience the love and bliss that is always present).
I realised we are all here unravelling our 'stuff', like untangling a big ball of wool, so that eventually, we become so clear, so light, so Divine that we can only see love in any situation, and we transcend suffering altogether, like Buddha did.
I used to think that I needed to understand where my triggers came from. I used to think that I had to unravel it all back to where it originated from in my childhood... but I've come to realise now, that this isn't necessary at all.
All that is needed is a willingness to let go and feel better.
I found that needing to know where my 'stuff' comes from is counter productive to letting it go, because it’s like I’m holding onto it, grasping it in order to know...
When what is needed is the opposite - to let it go.
That means also letting go of the need to know. Surrendering it all to God / Source, so that I may receive a miracle instead.
I am willing, I am open, I forgive, and I surrender.
I find that when I just genuinely decide to let go of a negative feeling, and allow it to move, I usually get some insight as to where it has come from anyway, but this doesn't need to be the main focus of the process.
I simply realise I am triggered, and I make the decision to let the feeling go. Why? Because I value the Love on the other side of this feeling, so much more than I value continuing to flounder about in this negative feeling.
What is the negative feeling giving me? Where is it taking me? Around in freakin circles, that’s where! Aka, nowhere baby!
We can be so familiar with our negative feelings that we are scared to let them go, scared of the unknown, scared of who we will be without them. So we cling to our dysfunction, hopelessly perpetuating our own demise on spin cycle.
However, I have discovered first hand, again and again and again that those fears about letting go are 100% ridiculous. They have no substance once you have actually let go, no reality, no meaning.
When your feeling has shifted, it’s like clouds moving away to expose the sun which was always there beyond them. It’s familiar, it’s safe and it’s warm.
It’s a return to sanity. And it feels so good.
These concepts are the basis of The Letting Go Process…
This process has blessed me, healed me of eczema, healed up many colds, improved my eyesight, and returned me to loving sanity again and again without fail. It has also helped so many others find relief from painful emotion and physical symptoms, and reconnect with their loving wisdom.
