Chakra Healing for Self-Enlightenment
- a 7-week intensive workshop

What's involved?

Every week we will focus on one of the 7 chakras. 

The course begins with the base chakra, and by week-7, we will have gone through all the chakras to reach our crown - healing, gaining awareness and growing hugely along the way.

Each week there is a guided visualisation into the core of each chakra where you can understand your own personal issues related to the chakra, we will work with the crystal connected to that chakra, receive hands on healing for that chakra and leave the session with relevant and useful information about the chakra and its functions in your life.

At the completion of the 7-weeks, the energetic cleansing and healing done on your entire system will mean that your personal growth, self-awareness and spiritual connection will have reached a whole new level.
