To me, THRIVING = having a purposeful dream and knowing you can make it a reality! Every day you take baby steps to get there whilst employing the Law of Attraction to help you. You go with the flow of the ups and downs and you keep believing and learning... This is living life as an empowered creator. And my definition of depression is the opposite... it's having a dream but believing that you can't have it, you can't get there, you can't do it - for whatever reason. You feel out of touch with your direction, your purpose, your mojo... And feel like - what's the point?? Obviously we all want to thrive... But how can we get to that sweet place of creating our dreams and living them if we actually don't know what our purpose or dream is? How do we find our purpose, our direction, our calling, our guided next step? I want to lay this out for you now, clear and simple... Because there really is no mystery to this, the answer is always right in front of your face! The next step on your path of purpose is to rise to whatever challenges are showing up in your life right now!! Yep, that's it. Even though it doesn't feel like it sometimes... we can trust what is showing up in our lives, even if it is unpleasant, because it is what we need to master in order to be the person we want to be, in order to be of most service to the planet, to do what we came here to do, and to thrive. Let me give you an example... Louise Hay and Brandon Bays both had big tumors in their abdomens. Both of them decided to rise to the challenge and they healed those tumors. This got them on their path of purpose and they are now of massive help and service to the planet, thriving and in their element. Their cancer was actually a gift, as it directed them exactly to what they came here to do. Nick Vujicic was born without arms and legs and wanted to end his life in his pre-adolescence. But instead he rose to the challenge and faced all his fears and doubts and is now extremely happy and on purpose, living a full life inspiring millions of people. These are extreme examples, but you can apply this in your own life... What challenges do you know you need to face? When I was 19 I thought I was going crazy. I didn't know that I was having a spiritual awakening. I faced all the darkness I was feeling and because of that hard time, I found my path of purpose and a feeling of love and connection that was unlike anything I had ever experienced. We tend to think our purpose is something out there to be discovered sometime in the future, but not so. Your purpose is being communicated inside of you right now through your feelings, your desires, your knowings, your longings, your attractions, your challenges. So if you've lost touch with your purpose, you need to get back in touch with you! What challenges is Life asking you to grow through? What feelings have you been surpressing? What has that subtle voice of your gut instinct been trying to get through to you again and again? Get your head out of the sand and face the hard stuff you've been trying to avoid! Because you truly won't thrive until you do! As you clean up the vibration of your current situation, your head rises out of the clouds where you can see a grander vision for your life, you're more confident, you're more connected, and are clearer about what you want... It's obvious! As you are proactive about helping yourself, you attract miracles, help and love from everywhere. Facing, resolving, healing or transcending whatever challenges are showing up in our lives is always our next step.
Those challenges were placed there by the Universe, by God, by YOU to show you your path of purpose. They are the breadcrumbs leading you on your path of empowerment. Embracing and mastering them connects you with what you are here to do and be. Denying them is ok, but in your state of denial and weakness, you will never really thrive. The bigger the challenge, the greater the gifts
