I started experimenting with meditation at the age of 19, simply out of curiosity.
Up until then, my life consisted mainly of going out with my mates and having a good time. Spirituality, any kind of deep thinking, philosophy or religion were not on my radar. My upbringing had been completely atheist and materialistic.
That's why it was so surprising that during one of my first meditations, completely out of the blue, I had what I now call an awakening experience...
It was like a doorway flung open in my awareness, and for a brief moment I was engulfed in Universal love, total connection and complete remembrance of who I really am.
It was so beautiful.
More beautiful, more real, more wonderful than anything I had ever experienced in my life.
From that moment on, I was a changed person. From that moment on I knew why I was here... I'd found what I didn't even know I'd lost!
Since that moment, I've been guided by a deep calling, knowing and truth that exists beyond the physical world.
I have often felt like an outsider with my family, society, and sometimes even my friends. But now I see that the world is catching up to my reality. Spirituality is becoming scientific, sane, and commonplace. And the world of ego-driven greed and insecurity is slowly undoing itself.
My mission is to help those who feel their own kind of spiritual calling. I help these people to anchor themselves in the peaceful, constant, generous, all-knowing Source of Love that is at the core of each of us. I teach them how to break through their own blocks that sabotage their success, and live and shine as we were intended to - from Love, not fear.
If we all acted from our own Source of Love, rather than from our fears and insecurities, wouldn't the world be amazing?!
I have gathered many qualifications: Two Hypnotherapy Diplomas, A HypnoBirthing Practitioner Certificate, an NLP Diploma, Counselling Certificates... And I consider myself to be a self-taught Life Coach...
But my best teacher has been my own personal breakthroughs, of which there have been so many! Each one giving me a more expanded view of reality to call home.
And my favourite qualification is the calling that reaches through me to touch, heal and guide others.
I feel so blessed to be living authentically, doing my dream job, and co-creating with The Divine.

2007 Began facilitating spiritual / personal development workshops.
2008 Level 2 Certificate in Counselling by the CPCAB in the UK.
2009 Began working as a Professional Intuitive.
2011 Hypnotherapy Diploma with the NZ School of Professional Hypnotherapy.
2011 Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
2013 - 2015 Co-manager of the health and wellness center, Spirit Talk, in Christchurch.
2015 + Working internationally online, and travelling around New Zealand teaching workshops and seeing clients.
